Tasting Notes
Deep violet tones color the 2015 Family Tree Shiraz. Voluptuous notes of dark berries complexed with white pepper, smokey vanillin, and hints of candied plums. A silky, sophisticated tannic structure provide an elegant background to intensify the lush fruit. A lifted acid line creates a tight harmonious balance between fruit and oak, flowing to a complex generous finish of mocha and berries.

Winemaker Notes
100% aged in new American oak hogsheads for 24 months, only the best barrels are selected for our flagship Shiraz. This unapologetic wine pulls no punches, intense and powerful in its style, this youthful exuberance will develop into an elegant, refined wine showing the layers and experience only gained with age.
