Tasting Notes
The 2021 Petite Sirah is an intensely deep purple, bright, full bodied red wine. This powerful and elegant wine, exudes notes of blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and raspberries perfectly complimented with a touch of baking spice and earth notes. On the palate, the robust structure is led by intense dark berries, wrapped up in hints of spice and mocha. Young, opulent and persistent this Petite Sirah has been made to enjoy today, but will certainly pay many dividends with careful cellaring for many years to come.

Winemaker Notes
This is the second release of this wine and was picked at perfect ripeness, and fermented in just under 7 days to avoid over extraction. This wine was aged in French oak (25% new), to enhance the spice and fruit characters.
