CTO Cabernet

The CTO represents the pinnacle of quality. Only released in the finest vintages, we hand select small batches of fruit from our best vineyard blocks each season. Aged for 3 years in the finest French oak hogsheads and bottled aged for a further 3 years before release, this wine shows complete balance. Powerful, elegant, intense, and  persistent are just a few words to describe this 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon.  Named in honour of our founder and very own Chief Tasting Officer, Jim Lambert, the CTO represents his passion, love for wine, and the Barossa Valley.
